You must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returned item should include all original packaging material. All items returned must be undamaged and unused. All returns must be in the same condition as when I shipped it to you. Returned items can be replaced or refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable. I do not accept returns on custom orders.
